Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using Rental Gaddi's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Each rental is subject to a separate rental agreement that will be provided at the time of vehicle pickup. The renter must possess a valid driving license issued by an authorized authority.

Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include racing, off-road driving, carrying passengers for hire, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Payment is due at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit will be collected and returned within 24 hours of vehicle return, subject to vehicle inspection and fuel policy compliance.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 25% of the booking amount.

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Basic insurance is included, but additional coverage options are available for purchase.
