Carry your original driving license (valid for at least 1 year, no learner's license), a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar or Passport), and a local residential address proof — (Office ID card, House rental agreement, Gas bill, etc.) — along with the payment method used for booking. Originals are mandatory at pickup as a security measure — digital copies or photocopies are not accepted.

You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driving license held for a minimum of 1 year. The license must be appropriate for the vehicle category you are renting (two-wheeler or car).

Only select vehicles require a security deposit — most do not. When applicable, the refundable deposit is collected at the time of pickup and returned on the vehicle's return, or within 24 hours of return, after inspection.

The booking amount includes only the rental charges and the GST. Fuel is not included in the rental charges; however, sufficient fuel will be provided to reach the nearest petrol station. Note: we will not be able to provide a refund in case of extra fuel left over at the time of returning the vehicle.

If you cancel your booking, the refund is made as per the following schedule: cancellations made more than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a 90% refund, and cancellations made within 0–3 hours of pickup are non-refundable. If we cancel your booking due to a breakdown or non-availability of the vehicle, you receive a 100% refund of the rentals received.

The renter is responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of the vehicle during the rental, charged at market price. We strongly recommend recording a clear video and photos of the vehicle at pickup and return to document its condition. Insurance does not cover minor scratches or dents beyond those already noted at pickup. For two-wheelers under 200cc, repair charges exceeding ₹20,000 are claimed through insurance. Days the vehicle is under repair are charged at 50% of the daily rental.

A grace period of 1 hour is allowed after the scheduled drop time. Beyond the grace period, a full additional day's rental is charged. If you need more time, extend your booking from My Bookings before the drop time to avoid the full-day charge.

Yes, basic third-party insurance is included in every rental. Comprehensive and zero-liability protection add-ons are available for extra peace of mind. Traffic fines, tolls, and towing charges incurred during the rental are payable by the renter.

No, there is no minimum rental period. Rentals are charged on a per-day basis, so you can book for as many days as you need — daily, weekly, or monthly — with better rates on longer bookings.

Yes. You can extend an ongoing booking from My Bookings before the scheduled drop time, subject to vehicle availability. Extension pricing is shown before you confirm.
