Know exactly what you pay, when deposits are collected, and how refunds work, so there are no surprises before or after your trip.
Pay securely online at the time of booking with a card or supported payment method.
Only select vehicles require a security deposit — most do not.
When applicable, the refundable deposit is collected at the time of pickup, not online.
The deposit is returned on the vehicle's return, or within 24 hours of return, after inspection.
If you cancel more than 3 hours before pickup, you get a 90% refund; within 0–3 hours of pickup is non-refundable.
If we cancel due to a breakdown or vehicle non-availability, you receive a 100% refund of the rentals received.
Fuel is not included in the rental charges; we provide enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol station, and leftover fuel at return is not refundable.
